Nova Watches offers a large variety of different watch models and combinations. Therefore it’s not always possible to keep all parts in stock. There are 3 possible statuses:
In Stock: All parts are kept in our inventory. Processing time: 0-2 days.
On Demand: We are not currently storing all the necessary parts for this watch. When we receive your order, all parts will be ordered from our supplier. Your watch will be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. You can also take this moment to make personalization requests. To account for the waiting time, these models are usually 10% off their original price.
In Transit: There are parts on the way to our workshop for this watch. Processing time can be anywhere between <1 week and 3 weeks. -
Yes, we offer international shipping. Even better, we offer FREE international shipping.

Please remember that delivery time also includes the processing time depending on the status. Once your very own Nova Watch has been completed, your parcel will be shipped as fast as possible. Shipping times are as follows:
Switzerland: 1 business day
European Union: 3 - 5 business daysInternational (outside of the EU): 4-8 business days
These delivery times do not account for when your parcel is being held at customs.
We are legally obligated to openly declare the value of the content in the parcel. Please note that Nova Watches does not cover any import taxes that might occur.

The customization possibilities for Casioaks and Seiko Mods are next to endless. Please submit all customization requests via our contact form. It doesn’t matter if you would like to change something about an existing model or if you have a completely original vision.

We don’t only sell our own models, but we are actively sourcing watch parts from trusted suppliers.
In most cases, it is no problem for Nova Watches to recreate the Casioak or Seiko Mod you’ve seen online.

A Seiko mod refers to a modification or customization made to a Seiko watch.
Seiko mods allow enthusiasts to create a watch that suits their personal taste and style preferences. Modding has gained popularity due to the availability of aftermarket parts, a community behind it, and the relative affordability of Seiko watches compared to some other luxury brands.

A Casioak is a modified Casio G-Shock watch made to look like a luxury watch model.

If the product you have purchased exhibits a defect or fault, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Our watches are assembled, inspected and adjusted in our studio in Switzerland.
Neither the watch movements nor any of the other parts are manufactured in Switzerland.

Our Seiko Mod collection is confirmed to be water resistant up to 5 bar.
Casioak watches keep the specifications of a Casio G-Shock, which is said to be water resistant up to 20 bar.
